I have been interested in photography since I was 12 years old, that was the year my Mother and Father bought me my first camera. That gift sparked off a love for photography that is still as strong today as it was back then!

There have been many cameras since the early days (Kodak, Olympus, Nikon, Pentax and now Canon) and a big step from film to digital (in fact I haven't shot a roll of film since 2006!). Digital has introduced me to the enjoyment of tweaking my images myself, with the software that is available today I can bring an average image into something a little more personal and with the generosity of others who kindly teach their techniques and spread their knowledge online I now have the know-how myself (or if I don't, I know where to find it!)
